Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Applications Manager to lead application management, production support, and delivery for a large Oracle Procurement and Supply Chain landscape. This role will own business-critical Oracle applications, drive successful execution of strategic initiatives, ensure platform stability, and partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Procurement applications, strong program management capabilities, and a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring operational excellence


Key Responsibilities

  1. Business-Critical (P0 / Cannot-Fail) Initiatives

Lead delivery and production readiness for high-priority initiatives including:

  • Support S&K JV Distribution Center (DC) planned launch (H2 2026)
  • Enable RL Drop Ship International Expansion
    • India
    • Brazil
    • Korea
  • Support RL Direct Ship initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments with minimal business disruption
  • Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and executive status reporting

  1. Project Delivery Support (H2 2026)

Provide application leadership and delivery support for strategic projects including:

  • Infrastructure Helix
  • Oracle Spend Management (OSM) / Planned Spend
  • Spend Approvals
    • Buyer Automation
    • FPA Node Automation
  • Spend Approvals
    • Pre-PR Submission
    • Agent Workspace
  • Coordinate functional, technical, QA, DevOps, and business teams
  • Manage testing, release planning, deployment, and hypercare support

  1. Platform Operations & Application Maintenance

Own day-to-day Oracle application management including:

  • Guided Buying Forms initiatives
  • Integrated Price List
  • E-Store platform
  • Blanket Agreements
  • Buy@ platform support
  • Oracle Rules Engine maintenance
  • Annual SOX compliance activities
  • Quarterly application health reviews
  • Performance optimization
  • Defect management
  • Incident, problem, and change management

Production Support Responsibilities

  • Manage L2/L3 Oracle Application Support
  • Ensure SLA compliance across incidents and service requests
  • Lead Major Incident (P1/P0) management
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Drive Problem Management initiatives
  • Improve operational stability through automation
  • Manage application releases and production deployments
  • Coordinate with Oracle support and third-party vendors
  • Ensure high platform availability

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams
  • Present project updates to senior leadership
  • Manage business expectations and priorities
  • Facilitate governance meetings
  • Provide executive-level reporting on delivery health, risks, and KPIs

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience
  • 5+ years managing Oracle Application Support teams
  • Strong experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement modules
  • Experience supporting:
    • Purchasing
    • iProcurement
    • Supplier Management
    • Sourcing
    • Approvals
    • Inventory
    • Order Management
  • Experience managing global application support
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Strong understanding of SOX controls and compliance
  • Experience with release management and change management
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation/support experience
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Experience with Oracle BPM/Approvals workflows
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • PMP, ITIL, or Oracle certifications are a plus
