They provide expert technology advice, guidance, and solutions to help clients optimize their infrastructure, processes, and strategies — while indirectly mentoring consultants across other teams and levels. • Configure, design, and document the Oracle Cloud Payroll environment to meet client requirements; advise clients on options, risks, and cross-process/system impacts.
  • Manage your module track end-to-end — scope, client expectations, risk identification, technical object design (interfaces, fast formulas, reports), cross-module impacts, and test script execution.
  • Provide expert guidance across parallel projects while training and mentoring junior associates.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess business objectives and challenges, recommend technology solutions, and develop long-term client strategies.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed and provide ongoing technical support and optimization recommendations post-implementation.
  • Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, and innovative design; act as a visionary leader in the Oracle Cloud space.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5–10 years of consulting experience or related field, with a tenured track record of full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in your module of expertise.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Processing, Garnishments, Tax Filings, and general payroll processes and procedures; Payroll expertise ideally in Oracle Cloud or EBS, with local knowledge of legislative payroll requirements and common pay practices.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology, common client/implementation team challenges, and the ability to advise on data movement impacts to upstream and downstream systems.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver large projects and communicate effectively at senior client levels, balancing big-picture strategy with detailed execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor others, work well autonomously and in a team environment, and build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning on Oracle Cloud trends and releases; prior experience in a professional services firm or relevant industry role preferred.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Communication & Executive Presence: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, stakeholders, and senior client executives.
  • Complex Project Management: Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, backed by exceptional project management skills.
  • Thought Leadership & Strategic Vision: Bring industry expertise and thought leadership to client engagements, while contributing to the firm's broader strategic vision and decision-making.
