Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Lead responsible for owning and stabilizing HCM application delivery across complex client environments. Provides hands-on functional leadership across Payroll, Time & Labor, And Absence Management areas, with strong accountability, clear communication, and dependable execution. Trusted to establish clear ownership, reinforce client trust, and maintain delivery stability during client-facing role transitions

  • We are looking for Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of Payroll domain experience in Oracle EBS
  • Must have a good understanding of the following Oracle Cloud HCM version 23+ capabilities
  • We are looking for a Functional person who has real-time hands-on functional/product experience; and/or worked with L3 level support; and/or having equivalent knowledge
    Description:
  • Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor  Applications
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests
  • The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer
  • Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle SaaS Suite of products preferred in HCM application modules and business processes
  • Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects
  • After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases
  • The key skills used daily are - high level of techno-functional skills, Oracle products knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise
  • It is an opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premises customers


This work includes:

  • Work directly with Customers for
    Advising on complex use of Oracle products
    Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
  • Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
  • Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others
  • Creation/review of Knowledge Articles


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (payroll, absence and Time & Labor) implementation & support
  • Worked in 5 or more Oracle HCM (Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor) Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME
  • Implementation/Support experience on Cloud HCM Modules like Payroll, Absence and Time & Labor
  • Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Workforce Management
  • Should have Strong Payroll business processes knowledge and concepts
  • Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud HCM. Payroll, Absence and Time & Labor
  • Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows
  • Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers
  • Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities
  • Strong team player so you leverage each other’s strengths
  • You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams often
