Job Summary: Jade Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Sales Director  to drive the growth of our Oracle service line. This role is a key leadership position, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline in close partnership with Oracle's sales teams, and developing the go-to-market strategy for our Oracle offerings. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject matter expertise, strong strategic instincts, and a proven track record of successful sales and practice development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Oracle sales teams on a monthly basis to identify, pursue, and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities for FY'26.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to Oracle sales teams during key client engagements, ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to effectively promote and position the Oracle service line in the market.

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to highlight Jade Global's Oracle capabilities and thought leadership.

  • Enable and train internal sales teams on Jade Global's Oracle service offerings, leading quarterly sales training sessions to ensure effective selling.

  • Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify new Oracle service offerings and key differentiators that distinguish Jade Global from other Oracle System Integrators (SIs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record in a senior sales or GTM leadership role, with a strong emphasis on Oracle solutions and services.

  • Deep expertise across the Oracle application suite, with the ability to converse on various modules and service offerings.

  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing successful sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively monitor market trends and competitive landscapes.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
