The Order Management team serves as the vital bridge between a finalized contract and a realized customer relationship. In this role, you will orchestrate the end-to-end order to provision process, ensuring that every agreement is translated into a precise, high-integrity account setup. By harmonizing complex billing requirements with technical provisioning, you safeguard our revenue streams and provide the foundation for long-term customer success. As a cross-functional liaison, you will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to resolve nuances in deal structures, directly impacting our ability to recognize revenue and scale with operational excellence.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Order Lifecycle & Account Orchestration 

  • Manage the end-to-end order ecosystem by reviewing quotes, validating purchase orders and contract terms against internal policies to execute high-volume transactions—including orders, credits, and cancellations, with 100% accuracy for downstream billing and revenue recognition.
  • Govern the entitlement lifecycle for direct and partner accounts, ensuring customers are deployed on the correct subscription plans, terms and features as dictated by customer contracts.
  • Partner with Order Operations leadership to refine internal workflows, cultivating operational excellence required to scale global business growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary POC for order-related discrepancies, driving resolution across Deal Desk, Business Operations, Sales and Technical Teams.
  • Support Sales Reps by creating/updating accounts and providing urgent responses to Slack inquiries to maintain deal momentum and customer escalations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed by manager.
  • No travel expectations
  • Hybrid, 3 Days in-office

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of relevant Order Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk or Accounting experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data validation) a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with Salesforce Billing is preferred, other ERP systems a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Clear communicator with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard pay range for this position across the U.S. is $30-$40 per hour. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
