Scope:

The Project Atlas Team is seeking an experienced Order Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support enterprise transformation initiatives across TTM operations. This role serves as a functional expert responsible for all facets of order management processes within an Aerospace and Defense manufacturing environment, including proposal development, quoting, pricing, RMA, and repair processes.

The successful candidate will partner closely with IT business analysts, developers, site leadership, and business stakeholders to support Oracle EBS implementation activities and ensure seamless site transitions onto enterprise systems. This position will play a critical role in business process optimization, change management, user adoption, reporting capabilities, and post-implementation operational support.

This role requires strong business process expertise, systems knowledge, problem-solving capability, and the ability to bridge operational and technical teams to drive successful enterprise application adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert supporting Order Management processes across Integrated Electronics operations

• Champion business interests and advocate for assembly organizations during enterprise system implementation activities

• Partner with IT business analysts and development teams to support Oracle EBS implementation and site transition efforts

• Participate in onsite blueprinting sessions, conference room pilots, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training initiatives, and go-live activities

• Develop strong partnerships with site stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful deployment execution

• Evaluate existing ("AS IS") business processes and identify opportunities for future-state ("TO BE") process improvements

• Identify operational challenges and drive process improvements to optimize efficiency and business performance

• Make and approve process decisions while ensuring business requirements are effectively represented

• Liaise between business users and technical teams to resolve issues and improve application functionality

• Develop and execute training strategies supporting Super Users and End User adoption

• Partner with site leadership to ensure readiness and availability of Super Users throughout implementation activities

• Raise significant operational issues and risks to leadership and steering committees as appropriate

• Support change management efforts and drive successful user adoption of business process and technology changes

• Perform application configuration activities including setup, table maintenance, and access administration

• Support collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of operational data to drive business planning and reporting activities

• Develop reports, queries, and flexible reporting tools to support operational decision-making

• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing guidance to sites after transition completion

• Coach and mentor business users to improve operational effectiveness and system utilization

• Serve as a global functional expert supporting Order Management best practices across the organization

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of Order Management processes within Aerospace, Defense, High Technology, or related manufacturing industries

• Strong understanding of proposal development, quoting, pricing, RMA, repair processes, and order lifecycle management

• Experience supporting enterprise application implementations and business process transformation initiatives

• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS and related enterprise systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience supporting reporting tools, data management activities, and application administration functions

• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across multiple organizational levels

• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships

• Ability to manage competing priorities within complex project environments

• Experience facilitating training, coaching, mentoring, and change management initiatives

• High attention to detail and sound judgment when resolving operational issues

Education and Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience may be considered.

Experience:

• Minimum 7+ years of Order Management experience within Aerospace, Defense, High Technology, or related manufacturing environments

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, enterprise systems deployments, or business transformation initiatives preferred

• Experience working with Oracle EBS strongly preferred

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams within operational and technical environments

• Domestic travel up to 25% required

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
