Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will collaborate across the relevant marketing and commercial teams to deliver these priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own agency priorities, campaign quality and performance across outbound channels.

  • Track meeting quality, attendance, accepted opportunities and sourced pipeline; improve conversion with agency and seller feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–4+ years in quota-carrying SDR, BDR or outbound sales roles.
  • Documented success exceeding targets while generating meetings accepted by sales.
  • Experience managing sequences, CRM records and multi-channel prospect responses.
  • Strong organization, written communication and ability to influence agency and executive partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a senior SDR, team lead or outbound program owner.
  • Experience managing an outsourced prospecting partner.
  • Experience selling into senior ecommerce or brand decision makers.
  • Experience using intent signals and AI-assisted research to personalize outreach.
