The Outbound Marketing Manager will design and execute outbound marketing campaigns, manage lead generation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary outbound execution liaison between TPG BU stakeholders and Cadence Corporate Marketing/Marcom to drive alignment on deliverables, timelines, approvals, and launch readiness
- Design, execute, and optimize outbound marketing campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and revenue
- Partner closely with Corporate marketing, Sales and Product teams to align messaging, targeting, and timing
- Build and manage outbound programs including email campaigns, webinars, events, and paid outbound channels
- Develop compelling outreach messaging tailored by persona, industry, and use case
- Manage campaign calendars, launches, and performance tracking
- Own lead qualification criteria and handoff processes to Sales
- Analyze campaign metrics and continuously optimize performance
- Test and iterate on channels, messaging, and offers to improve efficiency and ROI
- Coordinate launch plans and checklists: messaging, positioning, web updates, launch assets, internal enablement, and external publishing.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound marketing, demand generation marketing
- Experience in high technology either a semiconductor company or a IP company.
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally with product and corporate marketing teams
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills—comfortable driving schedules and follow-ups.
- Solid writing and editing ability (short-form copy + structured briefs).
- Comfort working with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate concepts into clear value statements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
The annual salary range for California is $154,000 to $286,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
