Outbound Strategy Advisor (Playbook Architect / Equity)
Unstuck Engine

Hey, I’m Ivan Kovpak, founder and CEO of Unstuck Engine.

We’re building the infrastructure layer for B2B GTM. We replace spreadsheet-based Frankenstein workflows with an intelligence layer that turns raw intent signals (web visits, likes, events) into dynamic, routed audiences in real-time. We have real revenue ($18.5K in Q1), we are actively raising a $500K pre-seed, and I am currently running a highly public 40-day challenge to build $250K in pipeline from scratch.

I am looking for an elite Outbound Strategist to join us as an Advisor.

Why this role exists (The Golden Handcuffs problem):
There are brilliant outbound leaders, VP of Sales, and Growth Marketers stuck in corporate jobs. You make great money, you know exactly how to convert pipeline, but you want skin in the game at an early-stage startup. You just can’t afford to drop your $200K+ salary to zero right now.

This role is your bridge. It’s an asynchronous, project-based advisory role designed to give you pre-seed startup experience and equity, without the financial ruin.

The Sandbox (What you will actually do):
We do not need you to set up DMARC records or buy domains—modern tools already do that.

Our product solves the "Who" and the "When." Unstuck Engine aggregates 20+ signal sources and scores them against 5+ ICPs to generate the absolute perfect, high-intent audience.

Your job is the "What" and the "How."
You will be our Playbook Architect. You will take our hyper-segmented intent audiences and design the multi-channel sequences that actually convert them. If a prospect triggers a G2 intent signal and matches our Tier 1 ICP, what is the exact email framework, LinkedIn audio message, and sequence timing that forces them to reply? You build the psychological triggers, write the copy frameworks, and design the logic. We plug it into our sending tools and execute.

The Real ROI for you (Beyond the Equity):
Yes, this role comes with a vested slice of advisor equity. But the real compensation is career leverage:

  • The Ultimate Playground: You get to test your absolute best outbound theories using the most advanced intent-routing data engine on the market.
  • The Founder Sandbox: You get to experience the raw velocity of a pre-seed startup, completely derisking your own future leap when you eventually leave your job to found your own company.
  • Resume & LinkedIn Power: Adding "Outbound Advisor at a funded, revenue-generating AI Startup" elevates you from "employee" to "strategic builder." It is the ultimate leverage to demand top-tier compensation in your next full-time role.
  • Pure Strategy, No BS: No managing underperforming SDRs. No pipeline review meetings. Just pure, high-level conversion architecture.

What I need from you:

1. You are a master of the modern GTM stack.
You deeply understand how modern outbound works (e.g., you are fully aligned with the playbooks from The GTM OS). You know that spray-and-pray is dead, and you know how to leverage AI to personalize messaging at scale based on distinct intent signals.

2. You are an asynchronous executioner.
You will not be in our daily standups. I will hand you a raw audience segment and an intent signal profile. You will spend a few hours on a weekend designing the sequence, writing the AI prompt logic for the copy, and handing us a finished playbook that is ready to launch.

3. You optimize for revenue, not vanity metrics.
I don't care about open rates. I care about reply rates and booked meetings. You must know how to dismantle objections and write copy that cuts through the noise of a crowded B2B SaaS inbox.

The Deal:

  • You keep your day job.
  • You design isolated outbound playbooks on your own schedule.
  • You get pure equity, the Advisor title, and the exact strategic experience you need for your next massive career leap.

What you need to know about the San Francisco Tech Scene

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
