Your role at Clorox:
The Analyst, Owned Channel Performance is responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining owned channel performance reports and dashboards and helping to surface strategic insights to inform owned channel decision-making for brand Website and Known Consumer Marketing / CRM projects and strategies. This role bridges the gap between marketing and data, focusing on quantifying consumer engagement and identifying trends to enhance brand-consumer relationships.This position will be located in our Oakland, CA office, and the individual will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
In this role, you will:
Own and maintain website and KCM (Known Consumer Marketing) performance dashboards and reporting for 2-4 assigned brands, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing results.
Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, plus ad hoc analyses as needed.
Evaluate website, CRM, and KCM campaign performance against brand objectives, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Analyze consumer behavior and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that inform website and KCM strategies.
Recommend personalization opportunities across owned channels using existing and emerging marketing technologies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests, delivering optimization recommendations based on results.
Collaborate on measurement frameworks, tagging strategies, and analytics tools to ensure accurate KPI tracking while maintaining data privacy and compliance.
Leverage AI tools, including Copilot, to uncover insights and drive optimization across owned marketing channels.
What we look for:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
8+ years of professional background
5+ years of experience in website analytics, digital marketing analytics, KCM/CRM, or a related marketing analytics role.
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Experience analyzing consumer and marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven track record of leveraging data analytics to improve consumer engagement, retention, and marketing performance.
Direct experience with KCM/CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as Acoustic, Braze, or Attentive.
Experience supporting consumer brands, preferably in CPG/FMCG or other data-driven marketing organizations.
Experience with customer journey analysis, personalization strategies, and marketing optimization initiatives.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to generate insights and drive business outcomes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
