ŌURA is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Paid Search Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our global paid search programs. This role is highly executional, focused on campaign setup, optimization, testing, and performance analysis across Google Ads, YouTube, and related platforms.

You’ll work closely with Paid Media leadership, channel leads, analytics, and agency partners to ensure search programs are structured efficiently, optimized rigorously, and aligned to both performance goals and regional campaign priorities.

What You’ll DoPaid Search & YouTube Execution
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and other search platforms.
  • Manage keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, audience layering, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.
  • Monitor performance and implement weekly optimizations through bidding, SQR, keyword expansion and exclusion, negative keyword management, and ad strength improvements.

Testing & Optimization

  • Support structured testing across bidding strategies, audiences, creative variations, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) to uncover optimization opportunities that support both channel performance and regional campaign objectives.
  • Translate complex platform changes (e.g. automation shifts, broad match, PMAX, AI Overview, Discovery) into clear testing roadmaps and actionable recommendations. 

Technical & Platform Operations

  • Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event configuration, product feed hygiene, and UTM parameter implementation.
  • Maintain clean, scalable account architecture that supports market growth.
  • Support audience uploads, exclusions, and segmentation strategies.

Performance Reporting

  • Monitor and report on key metrics including CAC, CVR, engagement rates, and spend pacing.
  • Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for both media and regional stakeholders in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Partner with analytics and channel leads to connect platform results with business outcomes through advanced measurement (e.g. Brand Lift Studies, MMM, Incrementality). 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with paid search lead, paid media generalists, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive cross-channel strategy.
  • Work closely with agency partners to ensure high-quality execution and optimization rigor.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of modern search account structure, keyword strategy, bidding models, and performance optimization.
  • Experience running performance-focused paid search ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
  • Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in-platform daily.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1: $93,500 - $110,000
  • Region 2: $85,000 - $100,000
  • Region 3: $79,900 - $94,000
