Our client is a fast-growing recruiting services company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a portfolio of client accounts from first conversation through close, acting as a senior advisor to company leadership on how to hire well. Combine relationship leadership, role discovery and coordination of an outside recruiter network, with room to grow the book and earnings over time.

What you'll do

- Run a portfolio of client accounts end to end, with full ownership of results.

- Onboard new clients and build strong, trusted relationships with their leadership.

- Dig into the details of each open role that a written job description would not capture.

- Advise and lead founders on building strong teams, setting expectations from the first call.

- Engage the right recruiters for each role and keep them informed and motivated.

- Protect strong candidates from being screened out unfairly as they move through the pipeline.

- Collect and relay feedback between clients and recruiters to keep hiring moving quickly.

- Invoice clients at close and grow your book with more accounts and larger roles over time.

- A charismatic, well-regarded communicator whom both clients and recruiters trust.

- Comfort talking shop with experienced recruiters and coordinating their work.
