About EliseAI

At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.
By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

  • Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.

  • Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $350 million funding round at a $4 billion valuation led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners to accelerate this mission.

About The Role

EliseAI is hiring a Partner Development Manager to drive revenue generation with our most important Healthcare partners, including EHRs and Practice Management systems. You will report to the VP of Partnerships and work closely with Sales, Strategy and Operations, RevOps, Marketing, and Product.

You take ownership from late-stage activation through co-selling, joint plays, and expansion. Your job is to help a small number of the most critical existing partnerships produce at their ceiling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Development

    • Build and maintain high-value relationships at the rep, director, and executive level across assigned partner accounts / territories

    • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partner field teams; along with our Sales team, be the person they call when they have a deal to route

    • Proactively lead joint planning with partner counterparts to develop mutual performance objectives and hit shared revenue targets

    • Represent EliseAI at partner events, conferences, and co-hosted field programs to deepen relationships on the ground

  • Pipeline Generation & Co-Selling

    • Own partner-sourced and partner-linked SQO targets for assigned accounts, as well as playing a key role for maximizing win rates in partner deals

    • Work side-by-side with EliseAI AEs and partner field reps to drive co-selling motions, deal routing, and pipeline conversion

    • Run regular touchpoints including weekly pipeline reviews with partner reps to surface active opportunities, remove blockers, and keep EliseAI top of mind

    • Maintain clean partner attribution in Salesforce from first intro through closed won, and run an efficient deal registration process

  • Enablement

    • Build and deliver rep-level talk tracks, objection handling guides, and qualification criteria for partner field teams

    • Run recurring enablement sessions to keep partner reps sharp on EliseAI positioning, ICP, and deal mechanics

    • Create simple, field-ready materials that make it easy for partner reps to refer and co-sell EliseAI

    • Collaborate with product teams to track and prioritize customer feedback related to partners integrations, and co-develop a joint integration roadmap with our partners

  • Reporting & QBRs

    • Track pipeline health and partner-sourced opportunity progression in Salesforce on a weekly basis

    • Communicate QTD performance, blockers, and opportunities to the GTM leadership team

    • Run business reviews with partner stakeholders covering revenue, pipeline health, and next-play roadmap

Move at rocket speed, build something massive.

We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. Here, you own your impact with significant autonomy.

We hire the best, expect the best, and give you the masterclass of your career. It’s hard, it’s intense, and it’s the most rewarding work you’ll ever do. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a fast-paced, startup GTM motion: sales, partnerships, alliances, or GTM strategy and operations

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through a partner-led or co-selling motion

  • Executive presence with both startup and enterprise stakeholders

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and Salesforce discipline: pipeline hygiene, attribution, and performance reporting

  • Direct, clear communicator, written and verbal; not afraid to speak up or push back

  • Fast executor: does not let perfect be the enemy of good

  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts and high ownership mentality

  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

  • Prior Healthcare experience is a plus (but absolutely not a requirement!)

Why Join

Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in near the ground floor of a well-funded startup that’s scaling so fast. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.

Benefits

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

  • Equity in the company in the form of stock options

  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%

  • Fully paid parental leave

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401k benefits

  • Monthly fitness stipend

  • A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch

  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays

  • We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to 160,000 OTE. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.

Employment with EliseAI is on an “at-will” basis, meaning that either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We will also consider qualified applicants in accordance with the Austin Fair Chance Hiring Ordinance.
If you need assistance or a reasonable accommodation during the application or recruiting process due to a disability, please contact us at [email protected].
