About the Role:

The Partner Manager (PBM) role is a strategic, revenue-focused position responsible for a portfolio of Sitecore Solution Partners. The PBM leads alongside Partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans driving toward ambitious joint pipeline creation and bookings targets. Our Partner Ecosystem is critical to Sitecore's success, and this role plays a central part in the achievement of the company’s short and long term objectives.

In addition to structuring strategic business pans, PBMs serve as advocates for partners inside Sitecore, coordinating deal processes, connecting partners with the right internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution across operational activities.

Success in the role is measured primarily on revenue outcomes, with PBMs owning partner business growth, supporting business planning, and helping partners align to Sitecore's market strategy and objectives. This is a very strategic role, and success hinges on professionalism, creativity, business acumen, hustle, and smooth and consistent coordination across multiple stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create partner led demand/pipeline velocity to support overall license revenue growth between Sitecore Sellers and Partner ecosystem

  • Collaborate on a cross functional plan to drive upper and mid funnel growth across your partner portfolio

  • Collaborate with existing and newly signed partners to drive predictable pipeline growth through agreed business plans, while ensuring the quality of delivery via adequate investment in training and development

  • Collaborate with partner marketing to run top and mid funnel partner events to drive demand

  • Have partners participate in the partner advisory council and/or help partner support Sitecore events for maximum business impact

  • Lead the entire partner strategy and execution for your region, this should be aligned with our strategic sales GTM and may involve bringing on new partner types and finding new routes to the market

  • Run monthly pipeline reviews with your portfolio partners and be proactive in moving partner initiated deals through upper and mid funnel thus ensuring a strong handoff to sales

What You Need to Succeed:

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of Partner/Alliance experience in SaaS -Enterprise Software organization, preferably in MarTech industry

  • Strong organizational skills and sales process experience to effectively analyze pipeline reports, accurately forecast

  • Must be comfortable operating at all levels of internal and Partner organizations and can think strategically while acting tactically

  • Ability to thrive amongst ambiguity and self-assess priorities

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence partners

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and can influence change through persuasion, critical thinking, and negotiation

Compensation range: $160k to $185k on-target earnings, on a 70/30 sales split plan.
