The Partner Manager at ASAPP will build and execute channel partnerships, drive revenue, manage relationships, and support partner initiatives. Responsibilities include developing plans, sourcing partners, and collaborating across teams to achieve business objectives.
At ASAPP, our mission is simple: deliver the best AI-powered customer experience—faster than anyone else. To achieve that, we’re guided by principles that shape how we think, build, and execute. We value customer obsession, purposeful speed, ownership, and a relentless focus on outcomes. We work in tight, skilled teams, prioritize clarity over complexity, and continuously evolve through curiosity, data, and craftsmanship. We’re seeking technologists and problem solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating with great talent, and approach every day like it’s Day 1.
We're a globally diverse team with hubs in New York City, Mountain View, Latin America, and India—embracing both hybrid and remote work to bring the best minds together, wherever they are. - Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships across customers, prospects, and partners to drive co-selling and co-marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to support integrations and technical alignment between ASAPP and partners
- Translate ASAPP’s technical capabilities into clear, compelling partner value propositions
- Align partner initiatives with company objectives and sales priorities
- Forecast, manage, and help close partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
- Track KPIs to measure partner performance and program effectiveness
- Represent ASAPP at partner meetings, industry events, and conferences
Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years in B2B SaaS within Enterprise and/or Contact Center environments (AI/ML experience preferred)
- Experience working directly on or alongside quota-carrying sales teams; direct sales or Account Executive experience strongly preferred
- Proven success supporting or driving revenue through channel or ecosystem partnerships
- Experience working with integrators, consultancies, resellers, or marketplace partners
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to independently drive deals from sourcing through close
- Effective negotiation skills with understanding of legal and compliance considerations
- Ability to communicate credibly with both technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborative approach with Engineering, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Sales
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments with changing product capabilities
- Experience with CRM/PRM tools and pipeline management preferred
