About Factory

Our mission is to bring autonomy to software engineering.

We build software development agents that accelerate the world’s largest enterprise engineering teams. We’re helping customers including Nvidia, Adobe, Adyen, Klarna, and Ernst & Young turn their engineering organizations into autonomous development systems — shipping code, reviewing PRs, running tests, and deploying continuously.

In 2025, we raised a $50M Series B from by world-class investors including Sequoia, NEA, Nvidia and J.P.Morgan.

Partner Manager Responsibilities

We are building a small and fast-moving partnerships team that shapes and executes all aspects of collaboration with the largest partners (SIs, Clouds, AI Strategics). Your mission is to build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships to help advance Factory's growth across key industries and use cases. You'll own the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from evaluation through execution and expansion, working cross-functionally to align roadmaps and deliver outcomes.

This role is ideal for a sharp generalist who thrives in ambiguity, can context-switch rapidly, and has experience working closely with enterprise and product leaders on strategic deals. You’re able to drive work at high velocity and can motivate external and internal partners, including product, engineering, and operations.

What You Will Do and Achieve

  • Own a portfolio of strategic partnerships as a business: set direction, prioritize opportunities, and drive results aligned to Factory's company goals.

  • Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution across priority partners, coordinating with product, engineering, sales, finance, legal, and marketing to deliver outcomes.

  • Execute partnership deals from partner evaluation through launch, expansion, and renewal, including integrations and commercial terms.

  • Operate as a cross-functional driver, coordinating internal teams and external partners to launch, manage, and optimize partnership initiatives end-to-end.

  • Serve as the internal advocate for partners, aligning product and cross-functional teams to partner goals, applying thoughtful pushback on roadmap tradeoffs, and driving accountability against agreed success metrics.

  • Establish and manage partner operating cadence including business reviews, planning sessions, issue resolution, escalating and aligning with senior stakeholders as needed.

  • Define success metrics, monitor performance (adoption, revenue, usage, satisfaction), and communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.

  • Build strong partner relationships as a primary point of contact, building trust and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships or consulting.

  • Experience supporting or leading strategic partnerships, including technical or product integrations (SIs, Clouds, AI Strategics).

  • Strong cross-functional operating skills with experience working alongside product, engineering, legal, finance, or sales teams to execute complex initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and scale partner relationships, identifying expansion opportunities and driving long-term value.

  • Strong strategic judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize across competing opportunities, and make trade-offs.

  • Skilled relationship builder with clear, effective communication across internal and partner organizations.

  • Self-directed and adaptable, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.

  • Past experience at high-growth or early-stage companies preferred. Consulting, MBA, or business generalist backgrounds are a plus.
