Title and Summary
Partner Marketing Communications Manager
A consistent communications cadence is critical to partner success. When partners are informed, enabled and inspired, they are more committed and better empowered to deliver growth.
As a member of the global Mastercard Partner Advantage Program partner marketing team, the Partner Marcom Manager will utilize communication to ensure an informed and enabled partner ecosystem. Our communications should show partners we care about them and act on our commitment to drive mutual growth and long-term success.
The Partner Marketing Communications Manager will create and execute a scalable partner communications infrastructure, along with the tools and channels needed to ensure every partner is informed, inspired and empowered to drive mutual growth. By delivering relevant, timely and actionable communications, this role strengthens alignment across the partner ecosystem and helps transform partner engagement into measurable impact.
Partner Marketing Communications Manager Responsibilities
Build and evolve the partner marketing communications strategy, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, legal, communications and other key stakeholders.
Drive ongoing partner awareness, affinity, engagement and loyalty through consistent, high-impact communications.
Align partner marketing initiatives with sales priorities to accelerate partner performance and business outcomes.
Lead strategy launch and ongoing execution, coordinating closely with marketing, sales, legal and communications teams.
Support execution in partnership with Marketing Operations and Digital.
Collaborate with content contributors including partner program and enablement teams, partner sales executives, partner marketing, product marketing, integrated capability marketing, product portfolio marketing and field marketing as needed.
Manage review and approval workflows.
Own the creation, management and distribution of partner marketing communications, including but not limited to:
Quarterly partner newsletters
Quarterly partner webinars
Ad hoc partner communications as needed
Measure the effectiveness of partner communications and programs, using insights to continuously optimize engagement and improve partner performance.
KPIs
Open/click rates newsletters, email
Portal engagement (logins, downloads, journeys, marketing proposal and claim rates)
Event attendance and satisfaction
Partner sat scores (awareness, sat, trust)
Program adoption metrics (enrollment, certs, CMF usage etc.)
Key Skills & Qualifications
Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills
2-3 years of experience in partner marketing and co-marketing
3+ years of experience developing partner-facing content and materials
Proven experience creating and executing partner communications strategies and infrastructure
Strong communications and messaging expertise for B2B audiences
Proven ability to manage and maintain partner and stakeholder relationships
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product and other teams
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, PRM systems and analytics tools
Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills
Comfort navigating change and supporting change management initiatives
Impactful communicator who confidently shares ideas and perspectives

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
