  • Manage the creation of partner marketing assets, including solution briefs, case studies, webinars, and digital content.

  • Oversee partner enablement programs, including training materials, toolkits, and communications to empower partners in their go-to-market efforts.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing contacts, serving as the primary point of contact for joint marketing activities.

  • Coordinate partner marketing budgets, manage MDF (Market Development Funds), and ensure effective resource allocation.

  • Support the planning and execution of partner events, sponsorships, and joint participation in industry conferences.

  • Advocate for partner and end-customer success, ensuring that joint solutions deliver tangible business value.

  • Stay current on industry trends, partner ecosystem developments, and best practices in partner marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 6-8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related field—preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or fintech.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder influence skills, including experience engaging with partner organizations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and present to diverse audiences.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, MDF, and performance metrics.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
