The Partner Marketing Manager will develop and scale partnerships, execute co-marketing strategies, and drive measurable revenue through campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
The summary above was generated by AI

Profound is the marketing platform for the AI era. As people increasingly turn to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to decide what to buy, we give brands the intelligence to see how AI represents them and the Agents to act on it. Today, ~13% of the Fortune 500, plus companies like Ramp, Figma, Chime, Calendly, and DocuSign, use Profound to turn AI Search from a black box into a measurable growth channel.

Backed by Lightspeed, Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, and Khosla Ventures at a $1B valuation, we're a lean, fast-moving team across NYC, SF, Buenos Aires, and London, shipping at a relentless pace and defining a new category at the biggest shift in marketing in 25 years. If you want to do the best work of your career at the frontier of AI, come build it with us.

As we define a new category at the intersection of AI, search, and brand visibility, we are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to build and scale the partnerships that extend Profound’s reach, credibility, and pipeline.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the co-marketing strategy with technology partners and ecosystem players, turning relationships into revenue-generating programs. This is not a logo management role. You will identify the right partners, design joint go-to-market motions, and execute the programs that drive qualified pipeline. You will work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to tightly integrate partnerships into our broader go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll do
  • Build and scale the partner marketing strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and developing co-marketing relationships with technology partners, agencies, system integrators, and strategic ecosystem players

  • Define partner tiers, engagement models, and joint go-to-market motions that drive pipeline impact

  • Plan, execute, and measure joint campaigns including webinars, content collaborations, events, and product integrations

  • Ensure every co-marketing program has clear goals, timelines, and attribution

  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Demand Generation to track and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline

  • Build dashboards that make partner ROI visible to leadership

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to define joint value propositions and create co-branded assets, solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement materials

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for key partners, maintaining trust, momentum, and accountability

  • Represent Profound at partner events, industry conferences, and ecosystem summits

  • Define the processes, tools, and structure needed to scale a world-class partner marketing function

Who you are
  • 4 or more years of experience in B2B partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing

  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through co-marketing programs

  • Experience building partner marketing programs from zero or early stage

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems while scaling execution

  • Equally capable of presenting strategy to executives and executing campaigns directly

  • Strong relationship builder who can align internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Think in terms of pipeline and revenue rather than logos, fluent in partner-sourced versus partner-influenced attribution and channel ROI

  • Experience in marketing technology, AI, or SaaS ecosystems is a strong plus

  • Clear communicator who can make partner strategy legible to non-marketing stakeholders

  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder co-marketing campaigns

  • Able to articulate not just what you built, but why it worked and how you would improve it

Location

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on your experience, skills, qualifications, and fit and will be determined during the interview process. Our recruiting team will share more details about the full compensation package and benefits as you move through hiring.

Note: All official communication from Profound will come from a @tryprofound.com email address. If you're contacted by anyone using a different domain, please disregard and report it as spam.
