About the Role

Campfire is building a world-class GTM ecosystem, and partners are central to how we grow. As our first Partner Marketing hire, you'll be the connective tissue between our Partnerships team and the broader marketing organization — translating partner relationships into programs that drive real pipeline and awareness.

You'll own the full partner marketing function: from trade show activations and partner enablement, to co-branded campaigns and a partner portal that helps our ecosystem self-serve. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with room to build something from the ground up at a company that's redefining what modern accounting software looks like.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end partner trade show activations — from pre-show planning and logistics to on-site execution and post-show follow-through

  • Build and maintain partner enablement materials (one-pagers, battlecards, messaging guides, training content) that help partners position and co-sell alongside Campfire

  • Create and manage a partner portal/resource hub where partners can self-serve the latest assets, product updates, and co-marketing materials

  • Execute co-branded campaigns with key partners, including joint launches, ongoing promotions, and partner-led content programs

  • Coordinate partner event sponsorships and onsite activations

  • Own partner communications — newsletter, product update emails, and timely announcements that keep partners engaged and informed

  • Produce case studies featuring partners and joint customers to support sales and partner storytelling

  • Maintain Campfire's partner presence on the website in collaboration with the Partnerships team

  • Co-facilitate partner enablement sessions alongside the Partnerships team

Your First 90 Days — Key Projects

  1. End-to-End Partner Trade Show Activations — Own Campfire's upcoming trade show presence with key partners. Coordinate logistics, develop the activation strategy, create partner-specific assets, and ensure a seamless experience from pre-show outreach through post-show follow-up.

  2. Partner Enablement & Onsite Activations — Build out Campfire's partner enablement library: one-pagers, battlecards, messaging guides, and training content. Develop a repeatable playbook for onsite activations that the Partnerships team can execute at partner events and QBRs.

  3. Partner Portal / Resource Hub — Stand up a centralized partner portal where partners can self-serve assets, stay current on product updates, and access co-marketing materials — reducing friction and increasing partner engagement at scale.

Who You Are

Must-haves:

  • 3–5+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing

  • Proven experience running end-to-end trade show and event activations

  • Strong project manager — you can juggle multiple programs across multiple partners without dropping the ball

  • Excellent written communicator who creates crisp, compelling partner-facing content

  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where you build from scratch

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or accounting/ERP software

  • Familiarity with partner portal or PRM tools (e.g., Allbound, PartnerStack, Impartner)

  • Background at a high-growth startup

Success Metrics

You'll be measured on:

  • Partner sourced revenue (shared with partnerships team)

  • Enablement coverage - % of P1 partners who have accessed or been trained on current materials

  • Partner portal adoption & engagement — monthly active partners, asset downloads, time to find resources

  • Partner marketing program coverage and activation rate across the ecosystem

  • Quality and completeness of the partner enablement library

  • Trade show and event execution quality and ROI

  • Partner-sourced pipeline contribution
