As a Partner Operations Manager, you will serve as Circle's lead specialist for our global partner response program, helping to formalize and build a centralized, net-new function. In this high-impact, high-autonomy role, you will champion and own the end-to-end management of all partner due diligence (DDQ) and commercial questionnaire processes. You will partner cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Legal, Risk, and Security to ensure our responses are not only accurate but are commercially-minded assets that accelerate enterprise engagements.

What you'll work on:
- Refining and implementing the global partner response framework, infrastructure, and scalable processes.
- Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of all responses, including DDQs and security questionnaires, from intake and "go/no-go" analysis to final, high-discretion submission.
- Building and maintaining a centralized, AI-powered knowledge library within our response tool, serving as the single source of truth for all regulatory, risk, and security-related content.
- Championing the partner response function across the business, acting as the primary specialist and point of contact for all cross-functional partners, including Commercial, Compliance, and Product.
- Liaising with senior commercial stakeholders on strategic, commercially-minded responses; understanding how due diligence and commercial questionnaires directly contribute to successful partner engagements.
- Developing and managing the methods and procedures for content verification, approval workflows, and continuous improvement, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and globally compliant.
- Analyzing response data to identify trends, report on key metrics, and provide strategic insights to leadership on the response landscape at Circle.
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in strategic response management (RFP/DDQ), proposal management, or a related partner operations role within a high-growth tech or financial services environment.
- Deep contextual knowledge of the fintech, financial services, or crypto landscape, including a strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, risk, and security standards.
- Proven "zero-to-one" experience: a track record of building and scaling new functions, processes, or content libraries from the ground up with a high degree of autonomy.
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex technical, legal, and regulatory concepts into clear, precise, and commercially-oriented language.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and network with internal key contacts to drive consensus and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
Preferred Requirements:
- Direct, hands-on experience with strategic response software (e.g., Loopio or similar).
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, English, Law).
