As a Partner Relationship Manager at GoFundMe Pro, you’ll play a key role in executing our partnership strategy and supporting the success of our partners and customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to build strong, collaborative relationships with partners and help bring integrated solutions to market.

Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco, Bay Area. There will be an in-office requirement of 3x a week.

What You’ll Do
Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with technology, SI, and agency partners to support business growth and positive customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with partners to drive adoption of integrated solutions and support co-marketing, training, and service-based revenue opportunities
  • Support the execution of joint sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities
  • Manage day-to-day partner requests across shared channels (including Slack), ensuring timely responses, coordination, and appropriate escalation when needed

Customer & Partner Enablement

  • Work with partners to help them effectively support shared customers through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
  • Assist in delivering partner enablement programs that improve technical understanding and implementation quality
  • Act as a reliable point of coordination to ensure partners have the resources and information they need to succeed
Go-to-Market Collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align partner activities with company goals and go-to-market priorities
  • Support sales engagements involving partners, helping drive alignment and successful outcomes
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-through across partner and internal stakeholders
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
  • Gather partner feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to highlight product opportunities, integration needs, and customer challenges
  • Help ensure partner perspectives are represented in discussions around product improvements and roadmap planning
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and report on key partnership metrics such as partner engagement, integration adoption, and sourced or influenced revenue
  • Provide regular updates on partnership activities, progress, and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, channel development, sales, account management, or business development within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both external partners and internal teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Results-oriented mindset with solid project management and follow-through skills
  • Passion for using partnerships to solve customer challenges and drive business impact
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with nonprofit technology or social impact organizations
  • Familiarity with integrations, platforms, or partner-led go-to-market motions

The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $101,000 - $151,000.The company also offers equity and other benefits to employees, including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) saving program. In addition to this wage, there are geolocation differentials that will increase pay depending on the work location. Additionally pay may vary depending on other factors including skills, experience, education, or training.
