  • Serve as the primary liaison with technical teams for partner portal development, ongoing management, and issue resolution
  • Drive portal enhancements to improve usability, self-service, and partner engagement
  • Refine and operationalize the partner onboarding program to accelerate time-to-revenue
  • Partner with the Enablement team to develop scalable onboarding and training content
  • Design and implement systems to track onboarding progress, completion rates, and performance
  • Partner with leadership to operationalize evolving partner program structures, policies and requirements
  • Ensure systems, processes, and reporting scale to support future program enhancements

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (preferably in a SaaS or channel-driven environment)
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner portals
  • Expert in quote and renewal processing
  • Demonstrated expertise in workflow automation, process design, and optimization
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with aggressive timelines

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting channel / partner ecosystems at scale
  • Familiarity with deal registration, renewal management, and partner lifecycle workflows
  • Experience optimizing or scaling partner programs

What We Offer

  • A dynamic, international team environment with colleagues across the globe.
  • Opportunities to develop, grow, and build your success in a fast-moving SaaS company.
  • Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
  • An inclusive culture where new ideas and initiatives are welcomed, and your work has real impact.
