As a Partner Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for providing technical guidance to Bright Data’s technology partners. Our goal is to drive growth through co-solutioning, education, and enablement with our partner organization.
The person in this role is responsible for driving technical engagements, understanding partner requirements and designing and integrating end-to-end solutions. This role requires a blend of technical depth, including shipping production-level code and creating technical documentation, and effective interpersonal skills, such as communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to build productive partner relationships, influence the product roadmap, and resolve complex technical and business challenges.

Responsibilities• Drive technical engagements with strategic Bright Data partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions to complex problems
• Design, build, and integrate end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies to meet the needs of our partners
• Develop and execute enablement plans
• Work closely with product teams, guide workflow changes, and gain consensus from stakeholders while influencing the product roadmap to meet the business needs
• Build and manage strong working relationships with partner technical counterparts and internal cross-functional teams
• Create technical content, tools, and documentation to empower developers and partners
Requirements• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer for a global software enterprise
• Strong technical acumen in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures, with an understanding of how technology partners build and scale integrated solutions
• Experience working with technology partner ecosystems
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Development proficiency in languages like Python, Java, Go, Rust, Node.js (at least one)
• Experience building and deploying AI agents, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation beyond basic prompt engineering
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) including deployment, monitoring, and basic DevOps
• Thrive in a high-velocity environment; you are proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
