Bellota Labs is a fast-growing technology company building the next generation of poker experiences. We operate ClubWPT Gold, a poker training site backed by the World Poker Tour (WPT), and work with some of the biggest names in poker to bring players together through content, competition, and community.

About the Role

Our partnerships team powers the ambassador and affiliate programs for ClubWPT Gold, working with leading poker creators such as Brad Owen, Doug Polk, Phil Ivey, Rampage, and Wolfgang.

We also support content-driven initiatives such as Poker Champs, a WPT-backed creator poker tournament, and manage user acquisition through internal and external partners, including Upswing Poker.

We’re looking for a Partnership Activation Expert to own the day-to-day execution of these programs to keep them running smoothly. You’ll serve as an operational point of contact for ambassadors and affiliates, coordinate projects across creative, product, and data teams, and help turn partnership opportunities into successful activations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows poker, understands the creator ecosystem, and can independently drive projects from request to completion in a fast-paced, remote environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with recognizable names in poker and contribute to programs that reach players across the industry.

What You’ll Do

    Ambassador & Affiliate Operations
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for ambassadors and affiliates, managing requests for creative assets, promotional codes, landing pages, performance reports, tournament setups, and other partnership needs.
  • Coordinate with creative, product, data, and other internal teams to move requests forward and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Onboard new ambassadors and affiliates, ensuring they have the tools, assets, and information needed to get started.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, helping maintain organized processes and a strong partner experience.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Coordinate reporting on ambassador performance, promotional codes, and partnership initiatives.
  • Help track deliverables, monitor activation progress, and ensure partners have the information they need.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and make partnership operations more efficient.
  • Creator Partnerships & Events
  • Support digital and in-person creator events, including tournament coordination, promotional activations, and production logistics.
  • Help source and vet potential new ambassadors, affiliates, creators, and other talent.
  • Assist with content-driven initiatives and special projects across the partnerships team.
  • Creative & Cross-Functional Support
  • Pull creative assets and supporting materials for presentations, partner decks, and internal projects.
  • Coordinate the creation of promotional graphics and other marketing materials.
  • Take ownership of miscellaneous operational tasks and special projects as needed to keep the team moving.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong poker knowledge: You understand the game and its culture. Familiarity with poker content, creators, and the broader poker community is especially valuable.
  • Operational ownership: You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requests and projects without letting things fall through the cracks.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment: You can prioritize competing demands, adapt quickly, and maintain momentum when plans change.
  • AI fluency: You’re comfortable using AI tools to improve day-to-day workflows, streamline repetitive tasks, and work more efficiently.
  • Clear communication: You’re an effective writer who can communicate professionally with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and initiative: You can work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment, take loosely defined tasks, and figure out what needs to happen next.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You can coordinate with multiple teams, follow up on outstanding deliverables, and drive projects through to completion.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on a creator’s team, at a poker media company, poker training site, live-stream production team, or as a stream producer or moderator.
  • Experience supporting CRM campaigns, including email and SMS.
  • Basic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut.
  • Familiarity with Discord, OBS, and co-streaming setups.
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, or creator activation programs.

Why Bellota Labs?

  • Work with leading names in poker: Help activate partnerships with established poker creators and contribute to programs that bring the poker community together.
  • Own meaningful work: Take responsibility for the operational details that directly support partnership execution and user acquisition.
  • Move quickly and make an impact: Join a lean team where initiative, sound judgment, and execution matter.
  • Embrace AI-enabled workflows: Work with a team that values using modern tools to improve how work gets done.
  • Work remotely: Collaborate with a distributed team while maintaining the autonomy to manage your work and deliver results.

If you know poker, enjoy working behind the scenes to make things happen, and want to help build partnerships around some of the biggest names in the game, we’d love to hear from you.
