About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role

As a Partnership Marketing Associate at Solace, you'll help turn signed partnerships into organized, high-quality marketing activations that reach more patients and strengthen the Solace brand. This is an early-career role for a recent graduate who is interested in the mix of relationship building, marketing execution, project coordination, and business growth.

You'll work closely with the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager and learn how different types of partners are activated, from organizations that can introduce Solace to new patient populations to partners that build credibility and awareness. Your job is not to arrive as a seasoned partnership strategist. Your job is to make the details work: keep plans organized, communicate clearly, follow through, and help every activation move forward.

You'll gain exposure to external partners as well as internal teams including brand, performance, creative, PR, analytics, legal, and compliance.

This is a hybrid in person role in our Redwood City office, 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

Partner Activation & Campaign Support
  • Maintain partner marketing calendars, activation trackers, workback plans, and deliverable lists so commitments are visible and on time.

  • Help turn partnership goals and signed commitments into clear internal briefs, asset requests, timelines, and next steps.

  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns across channels such as email, paid media, social, content, events, PR, and partner-owned channels.

  • Track asset creation, feedback, approvals, and handoffs between Solace and partner teams.

  • Keep playbooks, templates, partner folders, and campaign documentation organized and current.

Partner Coordination
  • Support day-to-day partner communication under the guidance of the Partnership Marketing Manager.

  • Prepare agendas, take clear notes, capture owners and deadlines, and send or draft follow-ups after partner meetings.

  • Coordinate scheduling, asset exchanges, launch dates, and routine requests with partner marketing teams.

  • Flag missing information, delays, or risks early so the team can solve them before they affect a launch.

  • Help research partner audiences, comparable activations, and new co-marketing ideas when the team is planning a campaign.

Cross-Functional & Compliance Support
  • Coordinate with brand, creative, performance, PR, and analytics teams to keep partner activations aligned and moving.

  • Help route co-marketing materials through legal and compliance review when needed and make sure approved changes are incorporated before launch.

  • Maintain a clear record of approved assets, messaging, and deliverables for each partnership.

Tracking & Reporting
  • Pull basic campaign and partner performance data using established team dashboards and trackers.

  • Help prepare partner recaps that summarize what launched, key results, open follow-ups, and learnings.

  • Track agreed success metrics such as traffic, patient volume, acquisition efficiency, engagement, or brand impact depending on the partnership.

  • Help document what worked so future partner activations become faster and more repeatable.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience. Internships, campus organizations, sponsorships, events, student consulting, account-management projects, freelance work, and side projects all count.

  • Excellent organization and follow-through. You like keeping commitments, owners, dates, and details in one clear place.

  • Strong written communication and the ability to draft concise, professional emails, updates, agendas, and recaps.

  • High emotional intelligence and a natural instinct to be thoughtful, responsive, and reliable with other people.

  • Comfort interacting with external partners while knowing when to pull in a more senior team member.

  • Attention to detail and good judgment, especially when coordinating co-branded work in healthcare.

  • Curiosity about how partnerships can drive both growth and brand trust.

  • A proactive, resourceful mindset. You do not wait for someone to chase you for an update or remind you about a follow-up.

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where plans evolve and priorities may shift.

What Would Set You Apart
  • Experience supporting sponsorships, partnerships, campus events, clubs, fundraising, account management, or external relationships.

  • A project where you coordinated several people or organizations toward a shared deadline and can explain how you kept it organized.

  • Experience with Notion, Google Sheets, project-management tools, or marketing analytics.

  • Interest in healthcare, mission-driven companies, or regulated industries.

Applicants must be based in the United States.

Up for the Challenge?

We look forward to meeting you.
