About the Role

We’re hiring a Partnerships Lead to own and scale Juicebox’s entire partnerships ecosystem, from integrations and ATS partners to VCs, and other strategic relationships.

This is a high-ownership, 0→1 role where you’ll define the strategy, build the operating system, and directly drive meaningful revenue impact through partnerships.

You Will
  • Own and scale Juicebox’s integration and ATS partnership ecosystem, including managing 30+ existing partners and building deeper relationships

  • Build and expand our VC partnership program, including 40+ existing VC and Accelerator relationships

  • Take ownership of and grow Juicebox’s referral program

  • Develop and lead our community partnership program, identifying, vetting, and partnering with HR and recruiting communities, and sponsoring relevant HR tech and talent communities

  • Own strategic, one-off partnership opportunities, serving as the catch-all for high-impact external partnerships that don’t fit existing programs

  • Establish structure and systems for a historically ad-hoc function, including mapping current efforts, defining priorities, and building a long-term partnerships strategy

  • Partner with leadership to define success metrics, with a goal of attributing a meaningful portion of net-new revenue (targeting ~15% by EOY, subject to refinement)

You Have
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, venture capital, or similar role

  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with both internal teams and external partners

  • Excellent relationship-building instincts—you know how to create value for partners, not just manage accounts

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited structure or playbook, and a bias toward building from scratch

  • Strong communication skills and business judgment, with the ability to prioritize what matters

  • Experience in startups, venture capital, or B2B SaaS is a plus

  • Based in San Francisco or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)

Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, recruiting tech, or AI

  • Experience building or scaling partnership programs from early stages

What you need to know about the San Francisco Tech Scene

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
