What you'll Be Doing: We are seeking a Partnerships Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Franchisee Partnership Managers and Team Leads across the Salon Suites network. This role is responsible for driving team performance, franchise partner success, and revenue growth. With 50–75% travel, the Manager will actively engage in the field, support regional events, and help define and scale the strategy, playbooks, and processes for the Franchisee Partnerships function.

*This role is based onsite in Pleasanton, CA Monday through Friday*

Compensation

  • Base Annual Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
  • Annual On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $180,000

Your Impact: 

Team Leadership & People Management 

  • Directly manage a team of 10–15 Franchisee Partnership Managers and Team Leads, providing ongoing performance coaching, career development, and structured accountability 
  • Lead weekly team meetings, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and field ride-alongs to drive rep development and consistent execution across the portfolio 
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and develop tailored growth plans for each team member 
  • Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract, hire, and ramp new team members as the function continues to scale 
  • Foster a high-performance, high-accountability team culture grounded in collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement 

Quota & Revenue Ownership 

  • Own and be directly accountable for the team's monthly quota across new location signups, product adoption, and expansion revenue 
  • Monitor team and individual performance against targets; develop and execute action plans to close gaps and accelerate results 
  • Deliver regular pipeline forecasts and business performance reviews to senior leadership, backed by data and clear strategic narrative 
  • Identify revenue trends, growth opportunities, and risk areas across the team's franchise portfolio and respond proactively 

Field Leadership, Activations & Events

  •  Travel 50–75% of the time to support regional team members in the field, franchise-facing events, partner activations, and key account engagements
  • Lead or represent the team at franchise conferences, partnership events, and brand activations serving as a senior external presence for Salon Suites
  • Bring field-level insight back into internal strategy and planning, ensuring the team's approach stays grounded in real franchise partner needs 

Outbound Sales Coaching

  •  Apply direct experience with outbound phone sales to coach reps on prospecting, outreach cadences, objection handling, and pipeline conversion
  • Build and refine outbound sales playbooks that reflect best practices and are repeatable across team leads and ICs 
  • Identify skill gaps in outbound execution across the team and develop targeted training and enablement to close them 

Cross-Functional & Executive Stakeholder Management

  •  Serve as the primary internal liaison between the Franchisee Partnerships team and cross-functional partners in Support, Education, Marketing, Product, and Operations 
  • Engage comfortably and credibly with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders — both internally and on the franchise partner side — representing the team's work with authority and strategic clarity
  • Translate field insights and franchise partner feedback into cross-functional priorities, influencing product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and operational improvements 
  • Champion the franchise partner voice across the organization to ensure the team's needs are reflected in company-wide decisions 

Building, Scaling & Innovation

  • Take ownership of building and scaling the Franchisee Partnerships function as the team grows  developing structure, processes, and playbooks that evolve with the business 
  • Bring creative and innovative thinking to how the team engages franchise partners, activates new locations, and drives adoption at scale 
  • Continuously iterate on the team's operating model, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, performance, and partner experience 
  • Support beta programs, product pilots, and new initiatives across the Salon Suites network, serving as a key leader in cross-functional launches

    What you Bring: 

    • 5+ years of experience in franchise partnerships, multi-unit account management, or field sales leadership 
    • 3+ years of direct people management experience, including managing team leads or senior ICs 
    • Demonstrated experience working with in-field teams and leading or supporting franchise activations and events 
    • Hands-on experience coaching and developing outbound phone sales teams, with a strong grasp of prospecting and pipeline conversion 
    • Proven track record owning and delivering against team revenue quotas in a performance-based environment 
    • Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging C-suite and senior executive audiences 
    • Comfortable building in ambiguity experience scaling a team or function in a high-growth, iterative environment 
    • Creative problem-solver who brings fresh thinking to team structure, partner engagement, and go-to-market execution 
    • Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% to support regional teams, partners, and events 
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
