What We're Looking For
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing Affiliate and Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing affiliate relationships, with a focus on driving growth and acquisition through performance marketing channels. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to identify high-potential partners, track and analyze performance, and scale affiliate initiatives globally.
This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on execution, as you’ll play a key part in expanding Seeking Alpha’s reach through external partnerships and affiliates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team at the intersection of fintech, content, and growth, ideal for someone passionate about building strong relationships, working with data, and scaling affiliate programs.
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs through platforms like Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or Everflow.
- Fluent/native English speaker - excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- 2-4 years of experience in affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or performance-based marketing, with proven experience in the fintech industry; prior experience working at a SaaS or product-focused company is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate recruitment, onboarding, campaign launches, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
