Looking for a refreshingly different way to work — with greater flexibility, autonomy, and more control over how your career fits your life?

LiveHappy Initiative is a leadership and personal development company seeking experienced professionals for a remote, independent, performance-based role centered on meaningful conversations, relationship development, digital marketing, and personal and professional growth.

This role may particularly appeal to professionals who have spent their careers working with people — developing talent, leading teams, building relationships, or creating environments where others can grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Connect with people exploring leadership and personal development through established digital marketing strategies and systems.
  • Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals, explore alignment, and share relevant information.
  • Develop professional relationships and maintain thoughtful communication and follow-up.
  • Apply established systems while independently managing your schedule, priorities, and daily activity.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training and apply what you learn to your own professional growth.

This is an independent, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position. Income is based on individual results, with no fixed salary.

Apply now to receive more details. If it feels like a good match, we’ll schedule a brief introductory conversation to explore the next step.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and lead thoughtful conversations.
  • Experience working with, developing, or leading people in a professional environment.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently.
  • Strong professional judgment and comfort working within established systems and processes.
  • A genuine commitment to continued personal and professional development.
  • Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary.
  • Authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Applicants from other locations may be considered based on location and eligibility.
  • Intended for experienced professionals; not suitable for students or recent graduates.

Benefits
  • 100% remote work with the flexibility to work from home or another location.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to structure your work around your priorities.
  • Full-time or part-time flexibility.
  • Performance-based income tied to individual results.
  • Comprehensive training, step-by-step systems, and ongoing mentorship.
  • Access to world-class leadership and personal development programs.
  • Support from an established global organization operating in more than 120 countries.
  • Connection to a supportive community of professionals committed to continued growth and development.
