The Go-to-Market (GTM) People Partners partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product Support to scale Figma’s global revenue organization. As GTM teams operate in an increasingly unified and revenue-aligned way, People Partners play a critical role in driving alignment, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and supporting a more integrated product-led and enterprise sales motion.

In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated People Partner for Figma’s Sales organization, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales leadership team. You’ll help the organization scale effectively by strengthening leadership capability, shaping organizational design, and aligning talent strategy to revenue priorities. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the People Team—including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations—to drive high-impact initiatives that support the Sales organization.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how leadership, performance culture, and talent strategy evolve as Figma’s global revenue organization continues to grow.

This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors, VPs, and the Chief Revenue Officer as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and talent strategy
  • Support the continued scaling of the Sales organization by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models in line with business growth and productivity goals
  • Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance in a high-growth, quota-driven environment
  • Partner with Sales leadership to evolve performance and compensation frameworks, talent planning, and succession strategies that drive business outcomes and accountability
  • Identify and address organizational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across the GTM pillar
  • Embed as a key partner across cross-functional stakeholders—including GTM and regional People Partners, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations—to drive and deliver high-impact people initiatives.
  • Leverage data, organizational insights, and employee feedback to proactively inform decisions and drive measurable improvements in team health, effectiveness, and performance
  • Develop and drive people strategy in service of Sales priorities, ensuring alignment with the broader GTM pillar strategy and revenue goals
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • 8-10+ years of HR / People experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth company
  • Experience partnering with Sales or revenue organizations, with a strong understanding of quota-driven environments and go-to-market dynamics
  • Strong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Experience supporting global or regionally distributed Sales organizations, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and translate business strategy into talent and organizational strategy
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies
  • Scaling organizations through rapid growth, transformation, or GTM evolution
  • Partnering closely with executive leadership teams

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
