About The RoleAs the Performance Marketing and Ad Operations Specialist, you will be essential to scaling our customer acquisition efforts. In this role, you will ensure the flawless and efficient launch of high-impact paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will provide key operational support for our digital spend, continuously seeking opportunities to automate processes and maximize campaign efficiency to achieve our ambitious customer acquisition goals. You will help to manage the technical pipeline of our performance marketing initiatives, contributing directly to the growth and successful scaling of our sophisticated e-commerce business.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Campaign Execution: Meticulously build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads across key paid social channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and TikTok

  • Asset Management: Gather, organize, and prepare all necessary creative assets and landing page URLs for campaign launches

  • Copywriting & QA: Create briefs, draft channel-specific ad copy and maintain updated evergreen copy documents. Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) of all new builds before publishing

  • Technology Utilization: Utilize platforms like technologies to facilitate the creation, iteration, and testing of dynamic product ads (DPAs)

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize to ensure campaigns are running as intended and budgets are pacing correctly

  • Pacing: Track daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing across paid channels, flagging any potential over or under-spend issues

  • Reporting: Maintain and update weekly/monthly reporting templates and dashboards with the latest performance metrics and provide concise summaries of performance trends, key takeaways, and potential action items for the marketing team

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on paid media and ad operations

  • Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager required; Pinterest and TikTok a plus)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage campaign builds with high attention to detail and a low error rate

  • Proven organizational skills, particularly in managing creative assets, ad copy, and partner communications

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for external partner correspondence

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with an affiliate platform (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, ShopMy).

  • Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Hunch, Segment, and similar tools.

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000.00-$88,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
