- Lead technical direction and platform engineering strategy for Akeneo, including architecture review and technical decision-making
- Own delivery execution and backlog shaping across the PIM engineering team (tech leads, engineers, BA, TPO, sys admin)
- Guide the Informatica P360-to-Akeneo migration and transition, including migration planning and integration strategy
- Review solution designs and ensure workflows, enrichment rules, and Akeneo extensions are built on reusable, standardized patterns
- Validate technical readiness for releases and migration cutovers; own quality and reliability for the platform
- Provide vendor/SOW oversight (Capgemini) for P360 maintenance during the Akeneo transition
- Review backlog quality and ensure the team consistently ships working platform capabilities
- Solve hands-on technical problems and unblock integration/migration issues directly when needed
