The Crown Is Yours
As a Player Development Executive, you'll play a key role in growing and strengthening relationships with our VIP player base. You'll drive net revenue through proactive sales strategies while delivering a high-touch experience that builds engagement and long-term loyalty. Working across teams, you'll use customer insights and performance data to identify opportunities and deliver the signature VIP experience our players expect.
What you'll do as a Player Development Executive
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with premier players by delivering personalized service that builds engagement and loyalty.
  • Drive key VIP sales metrics that contribute to customer engagement, market share, and net revenue growth.
  • Use customer and performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and maximize player performance.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance the VIP experience.
  • Follow all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming requirements.
  • Manage customer escalations in partnership with internal teams, driving timely and effective resolutions.

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or at least 5 years of experience in the gaming, hospitality, sales, or marketing industry.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding player experiences, solving problems, and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Demonstrated success identifying and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of strategies that increase revenue while effectively managing expenses.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach to identifying needs and delivering solutions.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.

We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,400.00 USD - 110,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
