Join the Policy Engineering team and contribute to building an enterprise-grade cloud data governance platform used by Fortune 500 clients to manage and protect sensitive data across complex, multi-cloud environments.

  • Write backend code in Go within a large, production-grade codebase — learning established patterns and conventions under the guidance of senior engineers and tech leads.

  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers — attending design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews as a participant, gaining exposure to how large-scale distributed systems are architected and delivered.
  • Ramp up on modern backend and cloud engineering practices including distributed systems concepts, event-driven architecture, multi-tenant SaaS design, and cloud infrastructure.
