  • Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations, technical training, documentation, and deployment guidance; support product upgrades, field testing, proof-of-concept projects, and customer acceptance processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts, tracking customer issues and projects from initial report through to resolution and follow-up.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required for deployment, training, or technical support engagements.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and patiently with enterprise customers.
  • Hands-on problem-solving ability across hardware and software systems.
  • Ability to organize multiple customer requests and drive issues toward resolution.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with engineering and product teams in China.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new robotics products and technologies quickly.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as business needs require.
