- Act as a strategic partner to Account Executives, shaping deal strategy for complex, high-value opportunities and influencing outcomes through technical leadership.
- Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, producing clear, accurate, and differentiated content that addresses customer requirements and competitive positioning.

- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning technical strategy for assigned accounts and opportunities.
- Mentor and influence peers through best practices, deal reviews, and knowledge sharing, without formal people management responsibilities.
- Recognized internally as a subject matter expert in public safety solutions and complex SaaS deployments.
