We are looking for a creative and data-driven Prepaid Coordinator who can help us engage with customers in impactful ways. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, an understanding of prepaid telecommunications products, and the ability to build positive working relationships with both internal teams and external reseller partners.

The Prepaid Coordinator plays a key support role in the daily operations of GTA’s Prepaid Wireless channel. This position collaborates closely with the Retail team, Prepaid Marketing team, reseller partners, and internal departments to coordinate logistics, merchandising, and administrative tasks. The coordinator ensures timely and accurate delivery of promotional materials, orders, and point-of-sale (POS) items, helping to maintain strong product visibility in the market. Additionally, the role provides frontline support to resellers, assisting with routine inquiries and ensuring smooth execution, and helping the Retail team monitor prepaid operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Reseller Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned resellers, responding to inquiries and addressing challenges in a timely manner.
  • Promotional Support: Work with the Marketing Manager to develop creative briefs, marketing deliverables, promotional campaigns, and training materials. Coordinate with the field team and resellers to ensure effective execution.
  • Merchandising Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to ensure stores have proper POS signage, in-store displays, and promotional materials.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze sales and marketing data, providing insights to the Marketing Manager to refine strategies.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and escalate reseller issues related to orders, activations, or promotional activities as needed.
  • Operational Support: Manage order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with Accounting for invoicing and payment.
  • Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of phones, SIM kits, reload cards, and promotional materials to reseller locations.
  • SIM Provisioning: Work with technical teams to ensure accurate SIM activation and data entry.
  • Merchandising Support: Assist with the setup and maintenance of in-store displays and POS signage.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels for all distribution materials.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and handle routine reseller communications.
  • Promotional Execution: Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and ensure in-store campaign compliance.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports on logistics, merchandising activities, and emerging issues to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidates must show: 

  • Ability to promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners
  • Technical skills – Working knowledge of computer systems/software and computerized billing
  • Effective communication skills
  • Oral presentation skills – Comfortable with delivering briefings and reports to colleagues, conduct training sessions, and any other tasks related to speaking in front of an audience
  • Strong organization skills with an ability to prioritize and plan work activities, uses time efficiently, organizes or schedules other people and their tasks, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment; must be detail-oriented and accurate in work
  • Attendance/Punctuality – Consistently at work and on time for scheduled shift and department or customer scheduled meetings; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.
  • Decision-making – Makes sound, well-informed, fact-based decisions and seeks guidance when needed.

 

This is what you need to have:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer experience, sales support, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM software is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift and transport marketing materials, and willingness to travel locally to reseller sites.
  • Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work any shift and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary to meet the needs and goals of the business
  • Must possess a valid Guam Driver’s License and be willing to travel to various locations.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
