About the Role:

Decagon is looking for a Pricing Operations Lead to sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Strategy. You'll be the first dedicated pricing hire and will work closely with the Business Operations team to shape the function from the ground up.

As a Pricing Operations Lead your primary goal will be to accelerate and streamline our enterprise go-to-market motion - working closely with our account executives to structure and propose deals. Initiatives will range from developing pricing & packaging strategy, to building internal deal and pricing processes, to proposal creation and negotiation.

This is an exciting role blending strategic thinking and high-caliber execution. We are looking for highly-motivated problem solvers who combine analytical rigor with world-class relationship building skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end deal structuring for enterprise opportunities, partnering directly with account executives to build proposals and drive deals to close

  • Work to develop and refine Decagon's pricing and packaging strategy

  • Build and scale internal deal desk processes as the company expands

  • Collect and analyze pricing and deal data to shape company strategy

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to align on deal economics and contract terms

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g deal desk, pricing, revenue operations, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience structuring and pricing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from proposal through close

  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor to sales and leaders

  • Comfortable navigating CPQ platforms for quoting and approval workflows

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator - you've worked regularly with finance and legal teams

  • Strong communicator - both verbal and written

Even better if you have:

  • Experience building or scaling a deal desk function at a high-growth or early-stage company

  • Previously led implementation of a CPQ platform

  • Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models in addition to traditional SaaS subscription structures

  • SQL or other data analytics experience

Benefits:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Take what you need vacation policy

  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing AI company

Compensation:

$160,000 - $200,000 + equity
