Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue, Forecasting & Financial Management
  • Deliver brand revenue and IBA within agreed OPEX budget.
  • Lead revenue and OPEX forecasting and phasing; monitor performance and initiate mitigation plans when needed.
  • Conduct monthly P&L reviews with the Finance Director.
  • Co‑manage full brand P&L with Finance, Commercial Leads, Marketing, and the Country Manager, including ongoing forecast updates and LE adjustments.
  • Manage A&P budgets, FF allocation, and multichannel investment.
  • Partner with GSCPM to optimize CoGs management and reduce shelf‑life risks.

2. Strategic Brand & Portfolio Leadership
  • Develop and execute operational plans for all brands, aligned with regional strategies and tailored to local market needs.
  • Prioritize brands within therapy areas and allocate resources accordingly (A&P, FF, digital).
  • Identify and leverage synergies across brands to maximize impact.
  • Provide market insights and brand feedback to Regional Marketing teams.
  • Lead micro‑monitoring through KPIs/milestones and adjust plans to exceed objectives.

3. Multichannel Customer Engagement
  • Evolve the commercial model to enhance customer engagement through multichannel communication.
  • Ensure that global/regional tools, programs, and materials are adapted and fit for purpose with minimal trans‑creation.
  • Manage local agencies within brand, budget, and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Leads, Field Force, Medical, NAM, and all relevant functions to deliver effective execution.

4. Launch Excellence & Growth Opportunities
  • Lead cross‑functional launch planning and execution for new brands.
  • Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities consistent with Pfizer's strategic direction.
  • Support integration of acquired brands and alliance-driven assets.
  • Proactively manage lifecycle strategies across the portfolio.

5. Leadership & People Development
  • Manage and develop the Marketing team following GPM standards.
  • Coach team members to build a high‑performance, Best‑in‑Class Marketing organization.
  • Lead IDP development and ongoing capability building.

Accountabilities

  • Brand plans for all priority brands.
  • Promotional materials and tools.
  • Regulatory and Medical review processes owned by Marketing.
  • Marketing team management and development, including IDPs.

Shared Accountability
  • Brand P&L ownership.
  • Portfolio prioritization with Commercial Leads, Marketing, and the Country Manager.
  • Annual & long‑range OP development (forecasts, A&P, FF allocation, channel mix).
  • Forecast reviews and LE adjustments with Finance, Commercial Leads, and the Country Manager.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Minimum 4 years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated strategic and operational planning capability.
  • Proven ability to act decisively and seize accountability.
  • Strong performance management skills; holds self and others accountable.
  • Committed to developing and growing others; builds effective teams.
  • Effective change leadership with high levels of self‑awareness.
  • Strong commitment to cross‑functional collaboration and "One Pfizer" mindset.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellence in marketing execution and operational implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
  • Robust understanding of performance metrics and program evaluation.
  • Experience leading in a matrix environment (Regional Marketing, Field Force, Commercial Leads, Cluster Leadership).
  • Proven people development skills and talent management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
