Roles & Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals, presenting scientific evidence and clinical data.
- Promote products and highlight value propositions aligned to customer needs.
- Support achievement of sales targets through active participation in field activities and territory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Gain hands-on experience in field sales, account management, and customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in sales planning and execution cycles, including campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
- Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and support engagement plans to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated commercial strategies.
- Participate in rotational assignments across Marketing, Access, NAM, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Develop understanding of market access strategies, pricing models, and financial planning.
- Engage in structured learning, mentorship programs, and capstone projects.
- Leverage digital tools, CRM systems, and omnichannel platforms to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare regular performance reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or relevant scientific background.
- Recent graduate (0-1 Year).
- Strong interest in sales and commercial career development.
- Good business acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Digital learning agility and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic understanding of compliance and integrity principles.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
