You will work across product, partnerships, risk, legal, compliance, security, and engineering to build a scalable onboarding model that supports innovation while maintaining enterprise-grade controls, regulatory alignment, and platform integrity.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end intake, evaluation, onboarding, and governance process for third-party vendors building AI-powered agents for the Agent Marketplace.
  • Define and operationalize a risk-tiered partner onboarding model that balances speed, platform scalability, regulatory expectations, and enterprise control requirements.
  • Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, risk, security, and business stakeholders to establish onboarding standards, review criteria, and approval workflows.
  • Evaluate prospective partners based on strategic fit, technical readiness, operational maturity, risk profile, and alignment with platform requirements.
  • Build governance frameworks for ongoing partner oversight, including monitoring requirements, escalation paths, issue management, and policy adherence.
  • Develop intake processes, documentation standards, decision frameworks, and lifecycle controls that support repeatable partner onboarding at scale.
  • Collaborate with platform and marketplace teams to align third-party agent enablement with product strategy, commercialization goals, and client needs.
  • Present partner recommendations, onboarding status, and risk considerations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support timely decision-making.
  • Identify process gaps, control improvements, and ecosystem opportunities that strengthen the Agent Marketplace operating model and partner experience.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, product management, vendor management, fintech strategy, risk operations, or a related function supporting technology platforms or regulated environments.
  • 8+ years of experience evaluating and onboarding third-party vendors, technology partners, or platform participants using structured governance, due diligence, and operational review processes.
  • 8+ years of experience working across legal, compliance, risk, security, product, and engineering teams in financial services, fintech, payments, banking technology, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • 8+ years of experience building or improving operating models, controls, or cross-functional processes that support scalable platform growth and risk management.
  • Experience assessing partner capabilities in artificial intelligence, automation, software platforms, application programming interfaces, or related technology ecosystems.
  • Experience presenting complex partnership, governance, and risk recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, finance, public policy, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience with AI agent ecosystems, marketplace platforms, or developer platforms.
  • Experience supporting third-party risk management, model governance, regulatory compliance, or enterprise control frameworks.
  • Experience in banking, merchant acquiring, or financial institution technology environments.
  • Experience defining operating models for platform productization, ecosystem expansion, or partner lifecycle governance.

How you'll work:
