Job Overview:

Senior Product Designer – Enterprise

Join Our Team and Shape the Future of Enterprise User Experience

Are you a visionary Senior Product Designer passionate about solving complex problems and elevating enterprise user experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where your decisions influence product strategy and your designs impact thousands of global users?

At Mitratech, we’re transforming how people interact with enterprise applications. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just design interfaces—you design systems, shape workflows, and champion the voice of the user. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, leveraging your expertise to craft intuitive, scalable, and technically feasible experiences.

If you’re driven by design excellence, cross-functional influence, and delivering work that has a measurable impact, this is the role for you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Customer-Centric Impact
Work on real, high-value problems that improve workflow efficiency, save time, and increase productivity for enterprise customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create world-class digital experiences grounded in strong UX principles and technical feasibility.

Meaningful Outcomes
Every project you deliver will have a clear business and user impact—and you’ll hear direct feedback from customers who rely on your improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Design for Complex Enterprise Features
Own the end-to-end design process for medium-to-large product initiatives—driving discovery, workflow definition, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design and prototyping. Use AI-enhanced tools to accelerate exploration and iteration where appropriate.

  • Shape Product Direction Through Deep Collaboration
Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers in an agile environment to design accessible, performant, and elegant interfaces that balance user needs with technical and delivery constraints

  • Create and Refine UX Deliverables
Produce user flows, interaction models, prototypes, interface comps, visual specs, and supporting documentation across multiple enterprise products—using AI tools to streamline research synthesis, generate prototypes, and explore ideas more rapidly.

  • Own and Advocate for the User Experience
Take full ownership of the UX for your product areas and proactively advocate for users, ensuring their needs lead design decisions while aligning with the realities of our technology stack and component libraries.

  • Apply Modern UX & UI and AI-Assisted Expertise
Use up-to-date knowledge of design systems, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, responsive layouts, and front-end capabilities to elevate implementation quality and usability—along with AI-powered design and research tools—to elevate implementation quality, speed, and usability.

  • Bring Clarity to Ambiguity
Independently investigate complex problems, surface assumptions, validate solutions with stakeholders, and turn abstract challenges into actionable design direction. Use AI tools to accelerate insight-gathering and pattern detection.

  • Influence Product Strategy
Frame user problems, communicate trade-offs, and present design recommendations that shape product priorities and near-term roadmaps.

  • Partner Closely With Engineering
Use tools like Figma Make, Bolt, and Cursor to build interactive prototypes and provide clear, implementation-ready workflows. This creates a smoother, faster handoff and minimizes back-and-forth with engineering teams.

  • Contribute to the Design System
Improve and extend our design system to support consistency, scalability, and an efficient development pipeline across all product teams.

  • Mentor and Elevate the Team
Support other designers through critique, coaching, and knowledge-sharing, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and design excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design fundamentals, and end-to-end design workflows.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design for complex systems and translate business/user needs into thoughtful solutions.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and applying findings to real product decisions—familiarity with AI-assisted research synthesis is a plus.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop, including experience with AI features within these tools (e.g., Figma AI, Bolt, Cursor, Lovable).
  •
  • Deep experience with design systems—from consuming to contributing at scale.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and drive outcomes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries (e.g., React or web components).
  • Ability to craft creative solutions while working within existing frameworks and constraints.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing US-based teams.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, documentation, or research workflows.

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred.
  • All applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and user-centered problem-solving work.

We are an equal-opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status.
