In this role, you will:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior leadership and influence enterprise-wide technology strategy and AI adoption
- Lead the design and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration, planning, and tool-based execution
- Drive development of end-to-end full-stack solutions, including front-end applications, backend services, APIs, and cloud-native platforms
- Build and scale AI-powered applications, including virtual assistants, agent assist solutions, and workflow automation systems
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI evaluation mechanisms
- Lead integration of AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, and external systems
- Establish and enforce best practices for software engineering, AI governance, and platform reliability
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise standards
- Collaborate with product, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into innovative engineering solutions
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence across the organization
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python)
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- 1+ year of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI or conversational AI solutions
- 1+ year of strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- 1+ year of experience with LLM-based systems, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)
- Experience with Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar GenAI platforms
- Background in contact center or conversational AI domains (IVR, IVA, Agent Assist)
- Experience designing multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, and tool orchestration
- Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and enterprise compliance practices
- Strong ability to influence across organizations and communicate complex technical concepts
- Ability to work on-site at approved location listed
