The Role

You will design, launch, and evolve Everlaw's partner programs to turn partner relationships into predictable, productive routes to market. As the primary externally facing leader for our partner ecosystem, you will shape the overall partner experience, establish clear tiers and engagement models, own the partner portal, and coordinate cross-functional enablement and governance as our ecosystem grows.

This is a full-time, exempt position based in either our Oakland, CA or our New York City office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

What you'll do
  • Design and evolve Everlaw’s partner program structure, including tiers, benefits, requirements, progression criteria, and engagement models.
  • Own the partner portal as the current, self-service destination for partner onboarding, resources, communications, program guidance, and deal support.
  • Program-manage core partner lifecycle processes across onboarding, activation, enablement, certification, and recurring communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partner initiatives, campaigns, executive business reviews, and enablement moments across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations.
  • Track program health and partner adoption, using data on tier progression, portal usage, and enablement participation to drive continuous program improvements.
  • Document program governance and operating rules to ensure a consistent partner experience across all channels.
About You
  • You have 6+ years of experience in partner programs, channel programs, alliances, customer marketing, partner marketing, enablement, or business development.
  • You've designed, launched, or operated scalable programs for external partners, sellers, or distributed stakeholder networks.
  • You have experience building or managing partner portals, resource hubs, PRM platforms, or partner community destinations.
  • You bring a strong track record of managing complex cross-functional programs, establishing clear frameworks, and executing change without relying on direct authority.
  • You use adoption signals, feedback loops, and business results to continuously refine policies, processes, and partner engagement rules.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
Bonus points
  • Experience with SaaS channel, reseller, service-provider, MSP, SI, GSI, or alliance programs.
  • Experience with deal registration, partner tiers, certification, or incentive programs in enterprise SaaS, legal technology, cybersecurity, or compliance.
  • Experience bringing AI-enabled products or new go-to-market programs to external partner networks.

About Everlaw

When a lawsuit or investigation happens, teams must comb through vast amounts of electronic evidence — emails, documents, chats, files — to find what matters. That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Everlaw is the litigation and investigation management platform changing that, using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the handful of facts that win or lose a case, compressing weeks of work into hours.
