Malwarebytes is looking for..

 A Lead Design Strategist who will define and implement a design vision for our products that align with user needs and business goals and create Outstanding User Experiences Design intuitive, visually compelling solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and web-based apps that simplify complex workflows while maintaining consistency and usability across platforms


What You Will Do:

  • Advocate for Accessibility and Usability Ensure designs are inclusive, accessible, and informed by user-centered principles 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver impactful solutions from concept to implementation


Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead user testing, analyze insights, and iterate on designs to continuously improve satisfaction and engagement 
  • Ensure Seamless Implementation Work closely with engineers to deliver polished, high-quality implementations of your designs, addressing technical challenges proactively
