THE ROLE

As the Principal Product Manager, OEM, you will be the visionary architect of Everpure’s most prestigious and complex strategic partnerships, including Nokia, Cisco, and Siemens Healthineers. Operating at the highest level of influence, you will identify emerging market shifts and intangible variables to define the next generation of our embedded business strategy. • Drive Operational Excellence & Scaling: Lead the end-to-end integration of OEM-specific configurations and SKUs, establishing the rigorous logistics and fulfillment standards required to support massive global scale and high-accuracy delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Principal-Level Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in Product Management or OEM Alliances, with a deep specialization in hardware/software lifecycles, configuration management, and complex SKU/BOM structures.
  • Strategic Influence: A proven track record of exercising wide latitude in determining objectives for high-stakes assignments, with the ability to change the thinking of—and gain acceptance from—executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ecosystem Navigation: Expert-level understanding of supply chain, logistics, and global compliance requirements, with the professional maturity to lead cooperative efforts among diverse project teams without direct authority.
  • Analytical Leadership: Advanced problem-solving skills used to synthesize customer research and market intelligence into clear, actionable product requirements and long-term GTM plans.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
  • Compensation: Range dependent on location.
