Come work at a place where innovation and teamwork come together to support the most exciting missions in the world!

Qualys is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead TruLens, the threat and vulnerability intelligence engine within the Enterprise TruRisk Management platform. TruLens helps customers understand which vulnerabilities and exposures matter most by combining threat intelligence, exploit activity, asset context, business impact, and Qualys research. As the PM for TruLens, you will define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for how customers consume, prioritize, and act on threat intelligence across ETM and the Risk Operations Center.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, exposure management, and Agentic AI. You will work closely with the Qualys Threat Research Unit to turn research, exploit analysis, and emerging threat signals into scalable customer-facing capabilities.

What You’ll Own

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for TruLens.

  • Build capabilities that help customers prioritize vulnerabilities based on real-world threat activity, exploit maturity, asset criticality, and business context.

  • Partner with Qualys Threat Research Unit to operationalize research into product workflows, dashboards, scores, and intelligence feeds.

  • Shape how TruLens powers ETM, TruRisk scoring, ROC workflows, and Agentic AI-driven prioritization.

  • Work with engineering and data science on ingestion, normalization, enrichment, scoring, and AI-assisted analyst experiences.

  • Lead customer discovery with CISOs, vulnerability managers, threat intelligence teams, and SOC leaders.

  • Partner with GTM teams on launches, enablement, positioning, pricing, packaging, and competitive differentiation.

  • Track adoption, attach rate, prioritization accuracy, customer impact, and revenue contribution.

What Success Looks Like

  • TruLens becomes the trusted intelligence layer for ETM customers.

  • Customers reduce triage noise and focus faster on the exposures that matter most.

  • TRU research is delivered to customers through scalable, actionable product experiences.

  • TruLens drives adoption, expansion, and differentiation for ETM.

  • AI capabilities improve analyst productivity without creating black-box risk.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.

  • Strong domain knowledge in threat intelligence, vulnerability management, exposure management, CTEM, or risk-based vulnerability management.

  • Experience working with threat intelligence sources, vulnerability data, exploit intelligence, or security scoring models.

  • Familiarity with CVE, CVSS, EPSS, CISA KEV, MITRE ATT&CK, and related security frameworks.

  • Ability to work deeply with engineering, research, data science, and security teams.

  • Strong product judgment, customer discovery skills, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive, customer, analyst, and internal audiences.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with applied AI, ML, or agentic workflows in security or data-intensive products.

  • Background working with commercial or open-source threat intelligence platforms.

  • Experience building products for CISOs, vulnerability managers, threat analysts, or SOC teams.

  • Prior hands-on experience as a security analyst, threat researcher, vulnerability manager, or related role.

  • Experience with mobile or executive-facing security experiences is a plus.

Why This Role Matters

TruLens is a critical part of Qualys’ vision for Enterprise TruRisk Management. It brings together threat intelligence, Qualys research, asset context, and business risk to help customers move from reactive vulnerability management to proactive, risk-based decision-making.

This role will help define how intelligence, AI, and automation come together to power the next generation of exposure management.
