About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead strategy and go-to-market execution for Falcon Exposure Management. This is an individual contributor role responsible for defining category positioning, shaping market perception, and aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in one of CrowdStrike’s most strategic solution areas.
As the product marketing leader for Exposure Management, you will lead positioning, messaging, launches, and key strategic initiatives, working cross-functionally with demand generation, analyst relations, public relations, digital, and field enablement teams to drive alignment and impact. You will bring deep domain expertise, a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and measurable business outcomes.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, market insight, storytelling, and operational rigor. You will partner closely with product management, sales, technical marketing, campaigns, communications, and executive leadership to set priorities, drive execution, and strengthen CrowdStrike’s leadership in a fast-moving market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help define and advance CrowdStrike’s leadership in the Exposure Management market

  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that connects CrowdStrike’s innovation to customer outcomes and business value

  • Work with product and technical marketers to deliver high-quality messaging, content, and enablement

  • Partner across marketing, sales, and product teams to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline impact

  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning for launches, new capabilities, and strategic initiatives

  • Guide the creation of core content and thought leadership assets that support demand generation, field readiness, and market education

  • Shape the Exposure Management web strategy in partnership with digital teams

  • Support field success through close collaboration with sales, alliances, and enablement teams

  • Bring a strong point of view on buyers, market trends, and competitors to inform strategy and differentiation

  • Work with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with long-term business and category goals

What You’ll Need:

  • 12–15+ years of experience in product marketing, technical product marketing, product management, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or B2B SaaS

  • Deep expertise in Exposure Management and adjacent categories such as vulnerability management, external attack surface management, cloud security, identity security, risk prioritization, or security operations

  • Strong understanding of customer needs, buyer journeys, market trends, and competitive dynamics in cybersecurity

  • Proven success building differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for technical products

  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and executive teams

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution across multiple priorities

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments

  • Passion for cybersecurity and a strong point of view on how the Exposure Management market is evolving

  • Experience creating compelling customer-facing and internal content that drives awareness, adoption, and field success

  • Experience using AI to improve efficiency and scale across product marketing work

Bonus Points:

  • High-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.

  • Technical or software engineering background

  • You lead by example, no task is above you, and you raise the bar

  • Love our business. CrowdStrike is a leader in cybersecurity. We don't have a mission statement. We are on a mission to protect our customers from breaches. You must be genuinely committed to our mission and eager to learn the details of our business.
