We’re looking for a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager to own how the Uniphore Platform and its architecture are defined, positioned and brought to market. This person will lead the platform narrative end to end, shaping how we differentiate, launch and drive adoption with enterprise technology leaders.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with company-wide influence. You will be the product marketing owner for the Uniphore Platform, working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AI Research, Sales and Marketing to shape platform strategy, define its position in the market and lead how its architecture is brought to customers, partners and analysts.

What You'll Own

Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for the Uniphore Platform, including its market definition, positioning, messaging, architecture narrative, portfolio cohesion, go-to-market strategy, launches and adoption.

Technical Positioning & Thought Leadership

  • Define the market context and category position for the Uniphore Platform, establishing the enterprise problems we are uniquely built to solve and the architectural principles on which Uniphore will lead.
  • Define how the platform’s capabilities across data, knowledge, models, agents and AI infrastructure come together as one differentiated architecture, rather than a collection of individual technologies.
  • Develop the technical differentiation, positioning and point of views across our platform across data, knowledge, models, agents, and AI architecture.
  • Develop first-principles narratives that explain the hard problems behind enterprise AI, where common approaches fall short, and the architectural choices enterprises should consider.
  • Serve as an external spokesperson for Uniphore's technical point of view, engaging customers, partners, analysts and key market influencers on where enterprise AI is headed.
  • Own flagship technical thought leadership, including point of view papers, white papers, research-backed POVs, benchmark reports, blogs, technical best practices and presentations that establish Uniphore's point of view on the future of enterprise AI.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering and AI Research to turn technical innovation, architecture and research into authoritative market-facing content, POV, and guide development of technical external roadmaps.
  • Work with technical teams to develop benchmarks, outcome-based ROI frameworks, and proof points that substantiate the platform's architectural differentiation.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Serve as the senior marketing counterpart to Platform Product and Engineering leadership, bringing market, customer and competitive insight into platform strategy, packaging, roadmap priorities and investment decisions.
  • Develop a strong point of view on how the enterprise AI landscape is evolving across Hyperscalers, model providers, data platforms, agent platforms and emerging AI infrastructure companies, and what those shifts mean for Uniphore's architecture and differentiation.
  • Go beyond feature comparisons to understand competing architectures, benchmark alternative approaches, and define architecture-level differentiation and why the Uniphore approach is better positioned for where the market is headed.
  • Partner with Marketing Center of Excellence team to build AI-native workflows that continuously capture and condense market insights, competitive signals, technical research, product releases, and emerging architectural trends.
  • Feed these insights back into Product, Engineering and GTM teams to inform roadmap priorities, product direction, narratives, thought leadership and enablement.

Technical Go-to-Market

  • Build technical narratives and enablement that help sellers and solution teams confidently engage CIO, CTO, CAIO, CDO and enterprise architect audiences.
  • Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to develop architecture-level BOMs, reference architectures and “how it works” content that explain how the platform's core capabilities work together and why Uniphore's architectural approach is differentiated.
  • Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to develop architecture-level BOMs, reference architectures and “how it works” content that show how capabilities such as Data Agents, Process Discovery, SLMs and Recursive Learning work together and differentiate the Uniphore Platform.
  • Participate directly in customer, partner, analyst conversations as well as analyst RFIs, briefings and AR days where deep product and technical fluency matter.
  • Play a leading PMM role in platform launches and adoption, with accountability for increasing market awareness of Uniphore's architectural differentiation and influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Build relationships with AI researchers, industry experts and other key market influencers to understand what's coming next and translate those signals into Uniphore's market and product strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology product marketing experience, including ownership of a complex AI, data, cloud infrastructure or platform portfolio. Experience in solutions engineering, product management or another deeply technical role is highly valued.
  • Deep understanding of modern enterprise AI architecture, including how enterprise data and knowledge, models, agentic systems, inference, orchestration, evaluation, continuous learning and governance work together in production environments.
  • A track record of owning the positioning and technical differentiation of a complex platform and translating its architecture into compelling narratives for CIOs, CDOs, CAIOs and enterprise architects.
  • Ability to work as a senior marketing counterpart to Product, Engineering and AI Research, pressure-testing claims, uncovering meaningful differentiation and bringing market insight into product and roadmap decisions.
  • Experience creating authoritative technical content, including architecture narratives, reference architectures, research-backed POVs, benchmarks, technical best practices and “how it works” materials.
  • Hands-on ability to use AI and coding tools to explore the platform, validate technical concepts and turn findings into credible market-facing content and demonstrations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the technical judgment and curiosity to quickly master unfamiliar technologies.

What Success Looks Like

You will establish a clear, differentiated market position for the Uniphore Platform and make its architecture understandable, credible and commercially relevant to enterprise technology leaders. The market will understand not only what Uniphore offers, but why its architectural approach is different and why that difference matters.

Your work will shape platform strategy and roadmap priorities, increase market and analyst recognition, strengthen seller and partner effectiveness, and contribute measurably to platform adoption, pipeline and revenue.
